I had a leak on the vacuum breaker for my irrigation system.  I was able to call and get a free estimate same day.  Other companies have charged me for giving estimates, and they were much higher than Easy Rooter. I was given a quote by Easy Rooter and they were able to replace the vacuum breaker in 1.5 hours the same day.  The service was quick, done right, and at a fair price.  The plumber also had someone on the job learning with them, which is a cool thing to see when a company is reinvesting into its own staff. Had a plumbing clog between the house and septic, called easy rooter, the lady that answered the phone was super sweet and extremely helpful. They sent out a technician, next day, he was a quick worker, and very friendly. These guys have easily won a customer for life! I have an old house with a failing sewer line and they came out and gave me a very reasonable bid in a timely manner and when I accepted it they were out here the very next day prepping for it. They promised they’d have the job finished by 3pm and they did exactly that - my sewer pipe is newly lined and operational and my yard is put back in order. Hard to believe they had it dug up just a few hours prior. Ryan who did the lining work and Liz in the office are fantastic to work with - extremely friendly and helpful and happy to answer questions. Everyone else I’ve interacted with from this company has been the same - from the on call guys who cleared the blockages, the team that helped Ryan, and the other ladies in the office. Originally, I had contacted a different company in town to work on my kitchen sink replacement. After 3 weeks of waiting (originally promised in 3 days), I received an estimate that presented a significant sum of money without specifying the types of sink, faucet, and other accessories. When I asked for the information and breakdown of the cost, the plumber went silent. In desperation, I reached out to Easy Rooter without any prior experience or reference. It turned out I got lucky. Steve was my plumber and he was extremely knowledgeable and competent. We also ran into an unforeseen major issue while installing a new sink. But, Steve had a network of people in town to call in such cases and he got it solved almost instantly. In installing the sink, faucets, and other accessories, he accommodated my preferences while offering good advice. The person who answers the calls was also very responsive, returning my call in a timely manner every time I called. In total, it took only 10 days from my initial call to Easy Rooter to the completion of the project. The project ended up costing about the same as the first company, but I have new parts (including new a RO water filter) and more upgraded stuff that the original estimate did not include. I woke up to the sound no homeowner wants to hear. Running water! Of course it was also a Saturday. Steaming hot water was coming out of my tub faucet by itself. After frantically calling a couple places friends had recommended but were unavailable until Monday, I called Easy Rooter. A person actually answered the phone and took my call. They let me know I would be next in line for service. About an hour or so later Steve arrived and within another hour or so the problem was solved. I was so relieved. He was in for 5 minutes took apart what we couldn’t manage to, diagnosed the problem, ran and got the part, and had it fixed in less than half an hour. Reasonably priced. We used Easy Rooter for an office plumbing issue, and while we couldn’t get them out the same day, Henry was out the next morning and was incredibly pleasant and professional to deal with. He seemed to solve our issue, replaced a leaky clean out cover, and advocated for us to have more work done to prevent further damage or plumbing issues down the road. Henry is an awesome tech! Very happy with Easy Rooter Plumbing! This morning we had a toilet that was not flushing and on the verge of overflowing in our business. Called them and the within three hours of noticing the issue, they had the toilet operable again. Very professional and easy to work with. Hopefully no issues again in the future. I have lived in the same house in NW Reno for 14 years and have used alot of plumbers. Easy Rooter has so far been the only ones who have been straight-forward, honest, and charged what they said they were going to charge - even after running into hiccups that made the job take longer. Contacted Easy Rooter for plugged main sewer line( I've used their services twice prior) . The lady that answered the phone was very professional and told me the  that they were 2 days out for service and that she had appointment times open. I told her that I would call back the next morning (had to make sure my wife could be home). I called back the next morning and the gentleman that answered was also very professional and booked our appointment. Then, on time shows up Mikey Gilbert. I have now used this company 4x.  First i had a pipe and boffel inside septic break.  They repaired that for very reasonable cost.  Then my renter flushed all sorts of things down toilets and clogged up leechfield.  Easy Rooter was able to hydroflush my system and saved me thousands on having to replace it and even let me pay it off over a couple months time.  Then my outlet pipe collapsed and they were able to replace that and be out same day.  Now iI had roots break my inlet pipe going into the septic.  Not only have they given me great advice on how to save money digging it up ourselves, they also gave me tips on how to make it easier to access the system.  Karl was the best!  The office staff is friendly, they always show up when they say they will, and are usually out the same day I call.  I highly roccomend their services ! or all tour septic needs. We  have had the priviledge of working with Easy Rooter numerous times over the past 4 years. We are a vintage 100 site Mobile Home Park and have called them for emergencies as well as scheduled work. They always show up and they always do everything they can to fix both fresh water and sewer line issues. Some lines are beyond repair and will require replacement but that will be a different review. They are neither the cheapest or the most expensive and we do not call anyone else. Had a burst pipe emergency on our mobile and we couldn't shut off the main. Called a few places and received tepid responses on when they could come. Called these folks and they set us up with for a 4 hour appointment window - awesome as we were losing hundreds of gallons of water every hour. The tech who came out - Anthony M - was fantastic. Quickly ascertained and solved the situation. He was fast, friendly and efficient - could not ask for any better. We live in a condo where the renters above us put chicken bones and lots of grease down their kitchen drain.  Unfortunately, when the drain became blocked it also blocked our kitchen drain.  Easy Rooter was very responsive and diligently worked until they were able to open the drain - snaking it four or five times (this is how BLOCKED it was!).
